18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Comply with the diagnostic criteria for stroke formulated by the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association, as outlined in the 2019 Diagnostic Key Points for Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China; 2. The course of the disease is = 6 months; 3. Age = 75 years old; 4. MMSE score>24 points; 5. Able to walk independently for at least 10 meters; 6. Daily blood pressure should not exceed 140/90mmHg (or after medication control).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. severe cardiopulmonary disease or liver and kidney dysfunction; 2. severe bone or joint disease, especially spine; 3. accompanied by visual, language impairment, vestibular or auditory impairment; 4. complicated with other neurological diseases, such as Parkinson's syndrome; 5. there are high-risk factors for osteoporosis, especially the spine
