Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: diagnosed as TED according to Bartley's criteria;Able to fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent 2: healthy volunteer:External eye inspection showed no abnormality; Eye movement in all directions is not limited; No history of eye trauma or eye surgery; No orbital disease history; Able to fully understand and voluntarily sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: FOR TED patient: 1: Aprystalline eye 2: Eye structure defect in unable to cooperate with a fixed limit 3: Eye fixation, absolute restriction of eye movement in all directions 4: The presence of any conditions (medical, psychological, social factors) that the physician judges to be present or in the future likely to endanger the patient's safety or prevent successful participation in the study FOR healthy volunteer: 5: Aprystalline eye 6: Clear history of thyroid disease 7: The presence of any conditions (medical, psychological, social factors) which, in the physician's judgment, present or future risks to safety or preclude successful participation in the study
