Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Agreed to be enrolled in the study; ? Age 18-80 years old, gender variable; ? Patients with a clear diagnosis of atrial fibrillation, treated with elective catheter ablation, and receiving standardized drug therapy after the procedure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Poor coagulation function in the absence of anticoagulant drugs or severe deterioration of coagulation function after taking anticoagulant drugs, defined as PT-INR > 3.0 or APTT > 80s; ? Serious complications during catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation, such as cardiac arrest, pericardial tamponade, and cerebral embolism; ? Moderate or severe hepatic insufficiency (ALT or AST > 2 times the upper limit of normal); ? Severe renal impairment (creatinine clearance <30 ml/min); ? Severe anemia (hemoglobin <60 g/L); ? Hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism not controlled normally; ? Women who are pregnant, lactating, or preparing for pregnancy and do not want to use any contraceptive measures; ? Patients who are unwilling to undergo 6 stellate ganglion blocks; ? Patients with atrial fibrillation who have not undergone catheter ablation to restore sinus rhythm.
