18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age = 18 years;2. ASA grade I ~ III;3. BMI:18.5-30kg/m^2;4.Patients scheduled for laparoscopic radical surgery for colorectal or gastric cancer under general anesthesia;5. Voluntarily sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Poor preoperative comprehension, psychiatric disorders, or central nervous system disorders;2.Severe renal or hepatic insufficiency ;3.History of previous heart disease ;4.Preoperative radiation or chemotherapy;5.Preoperative use of NSAIDs;6.History of chronic pain or history of daily analgesic use;7.Allergy to lidocaine or other anesthetic drugs;8.Other conditions where the researcher deems it inappropriate to participate in this clinical study.
