Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Acute occlusion of extracranial and Intracranial arteries, including anterior and posterior circulation 2.Recieved cranial non-contrast CT and CTA before mechanical thrombectomy 3.thrombus was retrieved during mechanical thrombectomy, well saved, available for histologic staining

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.quality of CT/CTA images was low 2.location of thrombus was not able to be figure out 3.obvious vessel calcification
