Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? First stroke (ischemic stroke) with a course of 7 days to 6 months; ? The diagnosis of cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage conforms to the consensus of "Diagnostic Essentials of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" formulated by the Cerebrovascular Diseases Group of the Neurology Branch of the Chinese Medical Association; ? Cerebral infarction or cerebral hemorrhage confirmed by CT or MRI; ? The age is 18-75 years old; ? Unilateral hemiplegia, Modified Rankin Scale (mRS)=2; ? Mini-mental State Examination (MMSE)=24; ? Vital signs were stable without serious complications; ? Before getting sick, he was judged to be right-handed by Edinburgh handedness questionnaire; Pet-name ruby patients themselves or immediate family members signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? obvious speech, attention, hearing, vision (unilateral neglect, hemianopia, etc.) and cognitive dysfunction; ? Previous history of brain organic diseases, neuropsychiatry, drug abuse and alcoholism; (3) severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; ? Patients with acute myocardial infarction, unstable angina pectoris, severe arrhythmia, acute pericarditis, severe aortic stenosis, severe left ventricular dysfunction, uncontrolled hypertension, acute pulmonary embolism or pulmonary infarction, severe lower limb vasculitis or limb dysfunction. ? Severe spasm or pain; ? There are metallic foreign bodies in the body; Patients with claustrophobia; ? Those who can't cooperate with functional evaluation and have poor compliance.
