Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-28 years old; 2. At least one lateral ankle sprain in the past year caused pain, swelling and other symptoms; 3. CAIT scale score <24 points; 4. The ankle joint on the affected side has a "soft leg" feeling, and/or repeated sprains and/or a "sense of instability".
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The ankle joint has a relevant operation history; 2. There are serious injuries or pathological changes in the physiological structure of the ankle joint (such as: ligaments, joint folds, joint capsule, patellar tendon, iliotibial band, etc.); 3. People with serious systemic primary diseases such as tuberculosis and cardiovascular disease; 4. Participants have nerve or muscle diseases; 5. History of craniocerebral surgery within the previous 6 months; 6. Participants have a history of concussion.
