Known allergy or contraindication to contrast agents; e. hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy or severe heart failure (NYHA=III); f. Body mass index > 35kg/m2; g. Serum creatinine > 178µmol/L; h. Other conditions in which the subjects were assessed by the investigator as unsuitable for study participation. Exclusion criteria for CCTA images: a. Poor CT imaging quality, unable to extract coronary tree; b. Target lesions were occlusive lesions; c. Lesions involving aneurysms or myocardial Bridges. Exclusion criteria of coronary angiography: a. The target vessel is severely tortuous, and the pressure guide wire is expected to have difficulty passing through.
