Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Unilateral renal pelvis cancer, unilateral renal pelvis cancer combined with ureter cancer, unilateral renal pelvis cancer combined with bladder cancer (cystectomy) and unilateral renal pelvis cancer combined with ureter cancer and bladder cancer (cystectomy) were diagnosed at the time of initial diagnosis.Patients were between 30 and 80 years old; ? Open, laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical nephreterectomy + cystectomy;Open, laparoscopic or robot-assisted laparoscopic radical nephreterectomy + cystectomy +TURB should be performed for unilateral renal pelvis cancer combined with bladder cancer or unilateral renal pelvis cancer combined with ureteral cancer + bladder cancer, excluding partial cystectomy outside the ureteral opening. ?The postoperative pathological type was urothelial carcinoma, with clear pathological grades and stages, and a clear description of the tumor base, invasion depth and maximum cross section. ? Complete clinical data and follow-up data.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Bilateral renal pelvis carcinoma at the first diagnosis; ?Perioperative neoadjuvant chemoradiotherapy or targeted therapy; ?Postoperative pathological staging of tumor was incomplete or postoperative pathological diagnosis was other pathological types of non-urothelial carcinoma; ? Incomplete clinical data or lost follow-up during follow-up.
