Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meeting the diagnostic criteria of functional constipation in Rome IV standard.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Non-Roman IV functional constipation; 2. Aged 60 years old; 3. Patients diagnosed with refractory constipation; (Patients with disease course of more than 1 year who have failed basic treatment and laxative therapy); 4. Consider secondary constipation caused by neurological diseases, metabolic diseases, obstructive diseases and drugs; 5. May be combined with mental disorders; 6. Patients with diseases related to immune deficiency or who have used immunosuppressants, serious diseases of the heart, brain, kidney and other systems, intestinal malignancies, intestinal perforation, intestinal obstruction, intestinal bleeding, etc.; 7. People who are currently taking antibiotics or have taken antibiotics in the past 4 weeks; 8. Those who have participated in other clinical trials.
