Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) History of chronic HBV infection, total bilirubin = 12mg/dL (205umol/L), prothrombin time international normalized ratio (PT-INR) unlimited (2) Artificial liver therapy with citric acid anticoagulation was planned, and the artificial liver therapy mode was sequential plasma exchange with dual plasma molecular adsorption system (DPMAS + PE) (3) Age 18-75 years old, male or female. (4) Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has the following conditions: history of malignancy or suspected malignancy, planned to receive non-liver organ transplantation or has undergone any organ transplantation. (2) Citric acid anticoagulation contraindication: shock, or uncorrected hypoxemia.
