Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: The study subjects were patients with knee osteoarthritis who underwent surgical treatment. When patients meet all the following conditions, they can choose to enter the observation study: 1) Diagnosis in accordance with OA; 2) Age = 18 years old, regardless of gender; 3) Improve preoperative knee X-ray and lower limb CT examination; 4) The subject/guardian is able to understand the purpose of the trial, demonstrate sufficient compliance with the trial protocol, and sign an Informed Consent Form (ICF).
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Those with contraindications to TKA traditional surgery; 2) Patients with severe deep vein thrombosis of the affected limb; 3) A history of knee joint surgery, trauma, or fracture in the affected limb may affect the evaluation and surgical safety of this project; 4) The subjects are in an immunosuppressive state and suffer from autoimmune diseases or immunosuppressive disorders; 5) Pregnant or lactating women; 6) The subject has participated in clinical studies of other drugs, biological agents, or devices within the past 3 months; 7) Patients who are known to have excessive alcohol or drug abuse; 8) Researchers believe that it is not suitable to participate in this clinical trial.
