Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Stroke group: ? Aged 18-70 years old, male or female; ? Within 3 months after the first attack of stroke, the symptoms and imaging are clearly diagnosed; ? Yawning in the paralyzed limb induces obvious PBO phenomenon in the arm; ? There is limb motor dysfunction, the Fugel-Meyer motor function score is =85 points, and the upper limb score is =38 points; ? Vital signs remain stable for more than 48 hours; ? The subject has certain cognitive learning ability and can correctly follow simple instructions; ? Agree and sign the informed consent form; Healthy control group: Healthy volunteers (required to start drinking beverages containing caffeine one day before the test)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Stroke group: ? Past medical history of stroke; ? Excessive spasticity of the upper/lower limbs, modified Ashworth classification grade 3 or above; ? Other conditions that significantly affect the patient's upper and lower limb functions, such as: joint muscle contracture, severe frozen shoulder, fracture, arthritis, local skin ulcers on the limbs, pressure ulcers, recent surgical incisions, etc.; ? Those with severe cognitive dysfunction and unable to communicate effectively with medical staff; ? Those who have orthopedic surgery, rheumatism or other diseases that limit upper limb movement; ? Other conditions that the researcher believes are inappropriate for participation in the trial, such as severe hypertension, coronary heart disease, etc. Healthy control group: None
