Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? No contraindications for anesthesia ? Perform thoracoscopic single lung ventilation surgery for lung cancer, with OLV time = 60 minutes. ? Age 65-80 years old; ? BMI index 18-30; ? I have not undergone any major or medium-sized surgery in the past three months ? Informed consent recipient

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Those who are allergic to the anesthetic drugs used in this study; (2) History of abuse and addiction of alcohol, sedative and analgesic drugs, psychotropic substances or other substances; (3) Patients who cannot cooperate with the completion of the Mini-Mental State Test (MMSE) or whose score is lower than the corresponding minimum score (illiteracy =17, primary school level =20, secondary school level =22, university level =23); (4) Patients with a history of stroke, transient ischemic attack (TIA), moderate to severe craniocerebral vascular stenosis, and a history of craniocerebral trauma or preoperative SctO2 176umol/L, blood urea nitrogen BUN>7.1mmol/L, albumin <30g/L, etc.); (6) Forehead skin damage; (7) The patient refuses to participate
