Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meeting the ICD-10 diagnostic criteria for mood disorders; 2. Age range from 12 to 18 years old, junior high school or above, able to understand and complete the scales; 3. Diagnosed by two psychiatrists as being in in rehabilitation, HAMA-14 was 14~28, and HAMD-24 was 20-34. Having clear awareness and good communication; 4. Willing to provide informed consent to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with heart, liver, kidney and other severe physical diseases; 2.History of current diagnosis of other psychiatric disorders; 3. History of neurological or organic brain disorders, or mental retardation; 4.Eye disease(such as blindness) or hearing impairment; 5. Virtual reality sickness.
