Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with cardiovascular diseases required to undergo dry pericardiocentesis in the cardiology department of our hospital from 2023 to 2024. 2. The age range will be 14-90 years old, and there is no need to include vulnerable subjects or subjects from special communities or minority groups.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with a history of thoracotomy surgery. 2. Patients with extensive pericardium adhesions.
