Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age<60 years old, regardless of gender; ? Physical examination: Right lower abdominal tenderness (excluding gynecological and urinary system diseases); The course of the disease is greater than 21 days; ? Preoperative CT or intraoperative confirmation of appendiceal fecal stones; ? Postoperative pathological findings: fecal stone appendicitis, chronic appendicitis; ? Laboratory examination: Blood routine examination shows an increase in white blood cell count and neutrophil ratio ? The case information and surgical records are complete, and the patient has been discharged for more than one month. The gastrointestinal symptoms have recently returned to normal after the surgery. ? Family members agree and have good compliance.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Perforation of the appendix or cecum caused by fecal stones in the appendix; ? Individuals who are allergic to related drugs; ? Severe dysfunction of important organs such as the heart, liver, and kidneys; ? Peritoneal infection and peritonitis ? Temporary changes in surgical procedures during surgery. ? Preoperative colon dysfunction.
