18 Years to 99 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1 age more than 18 years old, and written informed consent; 2 the first day of ICU admission, and the estimated length of hospital stay more than 24h; 3 Braden risk assessment scale score = 18 points on admission.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1 patients who could not accept ultrasound scanning (such as acute and chronic skin diseases, burns) 2 Those who have Local scar tissue and subcutaneous emphysema that affect the results of ultrasound examination; 3 other reasons can not continue treatment (such as death); 4 braden risk assessment scale score > 18 points during hospitalization; 5 those who take forced position during treatment;
