Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Patients undergoing elective laparotomy for gastrointestinal tumor resection under tracheal intubation under general anesthesia ? Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score could be completed one day before surgery. Patients with Hamilton Anxiety Scale (HAMA) and Depression Screening Scale (PHQ-9) ? Age =65 years old, gender is not limited ?ASA ?~? grade ? Informed consent, voluntary participation in the experiment, and signed by the patient's informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Pittsburgh sleep quality index (PSQI) score one day before surgery > Patients with a score of 7 ? Patients with severe diseases of heart, brain, liver and kidney ? Patients with long-term use of narcotic analgesics and sedatives ? Have a history of anxiety, depression and other mental illness (5) Patients with sleep apnea syndrome before surgery ? Participated in other drug or device clinical trials within 3 months prior to the screening period ? Researchers think it is not appropriate to participate in the clinical researchers
