Interventions

Venous hydration group:Starting 1 hour before surgery, a total of 1000ml of 0.9% NaCl was slowly administered intravenously at a rate of 1ml/kg/h
Drinking water hydration group:At least 1000ml of drinking water within 12 hours after surgery

18 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Age = 18 years old; 2. Complete coronary intervention surgery; 3. Estimated glomerular filtration rate (eGFR) = 30 ml/min/1.73 m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. eGFR<30 ml/min/1.73 m2; 2. Used iodine contrast agent or nephrotoxic drugs (such as aminoglycosides and/or nephrotoxic drugs) in the previous week; 3. Allergies to contrast agents; 4. Patients who are unable to drink water due to gastrointestinal symptoms.
