Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients who plan to undergo hip surgery; (2) Age =65 years old; (3) Signing informed consent; (4) Have the ability to communicate normally
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to the drugs required in the study; 2) History of central nervous system injury or mental disorder; (3) Associated diseases with glaucoma or elevated intracranial pressure; (4) severe liver and kidney function, coagulation dysfunction; (5) Myocardial infarction, congestive heart failure, or malignant arrhythmias affecting hemodynamic stability have occurred in the past six months
