18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Adults over the age of 18; Patients with complicated cataract requiring surgical treatment due to severe detachment of suspensory ligament; Aphakic eyes without residual capsular bag require secondary intraocular lens implantation; Corneal endothelial cell count =1000 cells/mm2; Preoperative data are perfect; Patients who voluntarily participate in long-term follow-up examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with recurrent scleritis who have difficulty in preoperative communication; Patients with poor follow-up compliance.
