Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old, meeting the diagnostic criteria for hip fractures; (2) Using surgical treatment; (3) Those who can eat through the mouth normally; (4) Those who communicate normally and agree to participate in the investigation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Multiple fractures, old fractures, or combined with traumatic brain injury or mental disorders; (2) Concomitant severe hypertension, diabetes, heart, liver and renal dysfunction
