65 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients with elective first unilateral total hip replacement, ASA grades I-III, BMI between 18 and 29, age 65-85 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: The patient and his family members refused to participate, were allergic to any drugs used in the study, body mass index greater than or equal to 30, organ insufficiency of heart, liver and kidney, long-term use of analgesic drugs, impaired cognitive status, nerve block, and contraindications of intraspinal anesthesia;
