18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients were admitted to the hospital within 48 h of SAPonset. 2. According to the 2012 Atlanta classification of acute pancreatitis, patients had moderately severe acute pancreatitis and/or severe acute pancreatitis with local complications. 3. Age =18.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with past history of chronic pancreatitis. 2. Patients with previous abdominal surgery. 3. Patients who gave up treatment or were transferred midway.
