Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Children and their parents diagnosed with growth hormone deficiency and idiopathic short stature who meet the diagnostic criteria of the Endocrine Genetics and Metabolism Group of the Pediatric Society of the Chinese Medical Association and the Diagnosis and Treatment Guidelines for Short stature Children and require growth hormone treatment; (2) Children aged 3-14 years old are divided into three groups based on age: the 3-6 year old group (including 3 and 6 years old); 7-10 year old group (including 7 and 10 years old); 11-14 year old group (including 11 and 14 years old); (3) Those who have not undergone any relevant medication or psychological intervention; (4) Parents who live with a child and participate in taking care of the child; (5) Voluntarily participate in this study and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parents suffer from mental illness; (2) Individuals with serious diseases such as malignant tumors and cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Individuals with communication barriers; (4) Children with comorbidities with other chronic diseases; (5) Those who withdraw midway.
