30 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) aged bewteen 30-65 years 2) if either of the two conditions are met can be included: those whose systolic blood pressure is between 120 to 159 mmHg and/or 80 to 99 mmHg of diastolic blood pressure 3) subjects who had signed written informed consent prior to the commencement of the study

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Allergic to dairy products or tested products 2) During pregnancy or breastfeeding 3) Patients with serious systemic diseases such as liver, kidney and hematopoietic syste 4) Those who do not take the tested product in accordance with the regulations, cannot judge the efficacy or affect the efficacy judgment due to incomplete data 5) Long-term use of blood pressure medication 6) Unwilling to sign written informed consent
