Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: It met the diagnostic criteria for severe craniocerebral injury in Neurosurgery and was confirmed by MRI and CT. Have a clear history of trauma; Patients with 3 points < Glasgow coma scale (GCS) score =8 points at admission; Admission to hospital within 6 hours after injury; He remained in a deep coma for more than 12 hours after treatment.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with open injury, severe brain stem injury or brain death; Patients with other severe primary organ dysfunction; Patients with coagulation dysfunction; Patients with recurrent seizures; Combined with untreated pneumothorax or bulla.;those with pre-existing limb paralysis.
