Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Age 18-65 years old ,BMI<35; (2)ASA grade I~II; (3)Patient knew about this study and signed informed consent,surgical and anesthetic consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Refuse to participat in this reseach; (2)Patients with vital organ dysfuction; (3)Patients with severe hypertension and diabetes; (4)Exclusion of drug allergy; (5)Patients with severe bradycardia or conduction block; (6)body mass index>35 km/m2 or obstructive sleep apnea syndrome; (7)Patients with language and communication barriers; (8)Patients with poor overall health and acute stages of various diseases,Include patients with recent cases of unresolved upper respiratory tract infections, asthma attacks and persistent states, drug use, substance abuse, psychological disorders, mental illness, or uncooperative individuals;
