Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria for adult non-nephrology inpatients: 1. Hospitalization during the study period; 2. Aged >= 18 years old at admission. For adult non-nephrology inpatients with newly developed AKI, in addition to meeting the inclusion criteria for adult inpatients, the following criteria must also be met: 1. Changes in serum creatinine during hospitalization meet the KDIGO diagnostic criteria for AKI, any of the following: (1) An increase in serum creatinine of >= 26.5 µmol/L within 48 hours during hospitalization; (2) An increase in serum creatinine to >= 1.5 times the lowest value within the preceding 7 days during hospitalization.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria for adult non-nephrology inpatients: 1. Patients who die within 24 hours of admission; 2. Patients admitted to the Department of Nephrology; 3. Admission date is in the training period; 4. Admission date is in the control period, and the discharge date is not; 5. Admission date is in the intervention period, and the discharge date is not. For adult non-nephrology inpatients with newly developed AKI, in addition to meeting the exclusion criteria for adult inpatients, the following exclusion criteria must also be met: 1. Maintenance hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis; 2. Stage 5 chronic kidney disease; 3. First inpatient serum creatinine >= 353.6 µmol/L; 4. Dialysis orders present before the onset of AKI.
