group R:After the surgery, slowly inject 0.1mg/kg remimazolam intravenously for 1 minute
group C:After the surgery, physiological saline was injected intravenously, and the volume and injection changes were the same as those in the experimental group.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-65 years old, BMI 18.5-27.9 kg/m2; 2. The American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) grading is I-II; 3. Plan to undergo nasal surgery under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals with preoperative neurological, psychiatric, or communication disorders; 2. The preoperative Mini mental State Examination (MMSE) score is less than 23 points; 3. Postoperative plan to send patients to the intensive care unit; 4. Patients with severe arrhythmia, such as sick sinus syndrome, second and third degree atrioventricular block, or significant sinus bradycardia (HR<50 beats/minute); 5. Preoperative diagnosis of respiratory failure (PaO2<60mmHg), New York Heart Association (NYHA) cardiac function grading III or IV; 6. Individuals with previous allergies to benzodiazepines or a long-term history of taking benzodiazepines.
