Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who underwent surgery for lower extremity fracture for the first time under elective general and nerve block combined anesthesia in our hospital; 2. Age 18-70 years old, BMI 18-28kg/m2; 3. American Society of Anesthesiologists (ASA) Grade I to III.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of severe heart, liver and kidney disease, diabetes, immune disease or immunosuppression, history of neck surgery; 2. Preoperative Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) score =6 points; 3. Central nervous system disorder, inability to communicate with mental illness, abuse of opioids, benzodiazepines, ethanol, and other drugs known to affect sleep structure; 4. Allergy to local anesthetics, abnormal coagulation function, puncture site infection or hematoma; 5.SGB failed and serious complications occurred after surgery.
