Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) RIS patients (including patients with previous disease and new-onset disease) ?Age =18 years old; ?IS was confirmed by cerebral MRI (with DWI sequence); ?Complete clinical data and epidemiological data can be obtained; the risk factors including hazard factors and etiological data must be supplemented; ? Obtain informed consent from patients or their family members, and they are able to followed up regularly. 2) High-risk RIS population ?Age =18 years old; ?IS was confirmed by cerebral MRI (with DWI sequence); ?Complete clinical data and epidemiological data can be obtained; the risk factors including hazard factors and etiological data must be supplemented; ? Obtain informed consent from patients or their family members, and they are able to followed up regularly.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Dont not meet the age requirement; ? Patients with serious diseases that affect life expectancy, such as severe organ failure, tumors, etc. ? Failure to cooperate with routine examination and follow-up; ? Patients or their families cant sign informed consent.
