Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-60 years old; 2. Clinically diagnosed as unilateral lateral ankle ligament surgery (surgical methods may include ligament reconstruction or repair, and the type of graft is not limited); 3. Regular exercise before the injury; 4. Accessibility to smart devices.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with other ankle ligament injuries, or the contralateral ankle is also injured; 2. Having surgery history on the affected ankle; 3. Revision surgery on the lateral ankle ligament; 4. Severe ankle osteoarthritis or osteoarthritis Muscle disease; 5. Deformity of the lower limbs; 6. Unable to use smart devices independently or having difficulty using them.
