Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Age = 18 years ; ( 2 ) Consistent with the diagnosis of acute pancreatitis : There are two of the three diagnostic criteria : ( I ) Abdominal pain consistent with AP, ( II ) Serum lipase or amylase levels higher than three times the upper limit of normal ; ( III ) Abdominal imaging characteristic findings. ( 3 ) Obtaining informed consent ;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ( 1 ) Chronic pancreatitis ; ( 2 ) Patients with severe dysfunction of heart, brain, liver and kidney ; ( 3 ) Patients with autoimmune diseases or long-term use of hormone drugs ; ( 4 ) Patients with malignant tumors ; ( 5 ) With other acute or chronic inflammation or infection.
