18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Scheduled for elective general anesthesia for gastrointestinal surgery; age 18-70 years; ASA physical status I-III.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: History of carotid artery stenosis or neck surgery; BMI=30kg/m2; Pregnancy; Arrhythmia; Heart valve disease or significant heart dysfunction; Chronic obstructive pulmonary ventilation dysfunction; Pulmonary hypertension; Abdominal compartment syndrome; Pacemaker, aortic balloon pump; Non-cooperative patient.
