Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) The patient who intends to undergo median open-heart valve surgery; (2) Age 18-65 years old; (3) Voluntarily participate in and sign the informed consent;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Allergic to the ingredients in the treatment solution; (2) The estimated postoperative tracheal intubation time was > 24h; (3) Combined with severe brain, liver and kidney dysfunction, endocrine system diseases and serious infectious diseases; (4) History of sternotomy; (5) long-term use of opioids (6) pregnant or lactating women;
