Gold Standard:The definition of volume responsiveness is an increase of stroke volume (SV) by more than 10% after infusion of 250 mL of fluid (hydroxyethyl starch 130/0.4 and sodium chloride injection
Index test:Rapid micro-fluid infusions (50mL and 100mL)

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: = 18 years old; BMI 18-30kg/m2; ASA grade II-III; Selective thoracic surgery for one-lung ventilation

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with concurrent cardiac pulmonary edema, valvular heart disease, heart failure (NYHA classification of cardiac function> stage II), arrhythmia, and renal dysfunction.
