Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Participants who are aged 50 years or above at risk for falling. In the present study, an increased risk of falls is defined as older adults who meet any the following criteria: 1) aged over 70 years old; 2) experienced at least two incidences of falls or one incidence of fall-related injuries within the past one year; 3) report fear of falling; 4) are with weakness, cachexia, muscle wasting, dizziness, or mild to moderate cognitive impairment with a Mini-Mental State Examination (MMSE) score over 23 or an Abbreviated Mental Test (AMT) score over 7.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Older adults will be excluded if they are: 1) unable to walk with a walker or support, or bedridden; 2) with severe cognitive impairment; 3) unable to read or communicate with the researcher.
