Green group:The patient stayed in a room with green curtains beside the bed.

Beige group:The patient stayed in a room with beige curtains beside the bed.

Light blue group:The patient stayed in a room with Light blue curtains beside the bed.

brown group:The patient stayed in a room with brown curtains beside the bed.

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: All preoperative patients who need surgery in thoracic surgery, aged >18 years, ASA grade <3, performance status of 0 or 1, signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with previous sleep disorders; combined with neurological diseases; preoperative oral psychotropic drugs, preoperative chest pain, dyspnea, severe cough and other symptoms; day surgery patients.
