21 Years to 45 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 21-45 years old, female; 2. Consistent with IVF indications and the ovulation induction protocol is GnRH-a or GnRH-A; 3. Fresh embryo transfer patients; 4. Normal menstrual cycle.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from uterine malformations (unicornous uterus, bicornuate uterus or bicornuate uterus untreated uterine septum); 2. Suffering from autoimmune diseases; 3. Suffering from uterine or uterine space occupying diseases that can damage the endometrial cavity, such as adenomyosis, submucosal fibroids, intrauterine adhesions, etc; 4. Endometriosis; 5. If one or both partners have chromosomal abnormalities and used PGD/PGS; 6. Oocyte or sperm donation.
