Intervention Group:1-day Virtual reality program assisted peritoneal dialysis operation pre-training and 2-day peritoneal dialysis operation training guided by specialist nurses
Control Group:4 days of training in routine peritoneal dialysis operation training by specialist nurses

18 Years to 65 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) 18ys = age = 65ys (2) (corrected) visual acuity above 1.0 (3) Normal hearing (4) Grip strength test: male =26kg, female =18kg (5) Pass the screening test of VR operation (6) Can independently sign informed consent
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of vertigo (such as motion sickness, seasickness, Meniere syndrome, etc.) (2) previous history of seizures; (3) previous serious heart disease; (4) previous severe cerebrovascular disease; (5) Previous history of serious mental illness; (6) FRAIL score =2 points or daily activity capacity PSMS ADLs+ IADLs<13 points
