Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Patients with acute or chronic renal disease with fluid retention (telescopic breathing, edema, jugular venous congestion, pulmonary rales, signs of pulmonary congestion on chest radiograph or chest CT) who require or are on diuretic therapy 2: 18 years old = age = 85 years old
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Undergoing renal replacement therapy 2: People with cognitive impairment, consciousness impairment, etc. who are unable to communicate normally
