Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ?diagnosed of lung cancer without any other cancer and with chemotherapy treatment ?aged between 18 and 80 years old ?could speak, read, and write Chinese ?volunteer to participate in the study were capable of giving informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?had brain metastasis , psychiatric or neurological disorders ?used of anti-inflammatory drugs or had infectious diseases in the past 7 days ?take medications related to improving cognitive function or psychiatric disoders ?use immunosuppressants or glucocorticoids duriong chemotherapy ?other reasons are not suitable for this clinical trials
