Vitreoretinal disease

Interventions

Combined surgery:The patient underwent a single procedure, a minimally invasive vitrectomy combined with microincision phacoemulsification.
Sequential surgery:The patient underwent two operations, a combination of minimally invasive vitrectomy and microincision phacoemulsification in steps, with an interval of 3 months.

50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Willing and able to conduct all visits and assessments as judged by the investigator. (2) Age: 50 years or older at the time of screening (3) Vision: The best corrected vision is less than 0.5 (73 letters) (4) Patients with vitreoretinal diseases requiring surgical treatment: macular hiatus, premacular membrane, vitreoretinal traction syndrome, vitreoretinal hemorrhage without retinal detachment or proliferative vitreoretinal disease (5) Patients meets the indications for cataract surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Previous history of eye surgery or eye laser treatment; (2) A history of glaucoma, age-related macular degeneration, retinal detachment and other eye diseases; (3) the degree of myopia is greater than 600 degrees or the axis of the eye is greater than or equal to 26.5mm; (4) With other systemic diseases, such as cardiovascular system diseases: hypertension, etc.; Endocrine system diseases: diabetes, etc. Immune system diseases: systemic lupus erythematosus, etc. Other diseases of the nervous system: Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, etc.
