Interventions

Stellate ganglion block group:Use 0.2% ropicaine 4ml to block the right stellate ganglion
Physiological saline group:4ml saline for right stellate ganglion block operation

65 Years to 100 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 65 years old; (2) ASA I-III ; (3) Preoperative MoCA score = 26; (4) Preoperative MMSE score > 23 ; (5) The operation is expected to last more than two hours; (6) Patients to undergo laparoscopic gastrointestinal surgery

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obvious neurological, mental system diseases, and neurodegenerative diseases; (2) Liver and renal disfunction (ChildePugh grade C, blood creatinine > 125 µmol/L); (3) Recent use of sedative hypnotics, analgesics, antidepressants, glucocorticoids or other immunosuppressants (4) Have a history of drug and alcohol abuse; (5) Severe visual and auditory disorders affect communication; (6) BMI > 30kg/m2; (7) Patients with stellate ganglion block failure and contraindications
