Experiment group:Venous blood collection with 15-30 degrees first, and then 30-45 degrees
Control group:Venous blood collection with 30-45 degrees first, and then 15-30 degrees

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? clear consciousness, cooperative operation; ? intact skin, normal sensory perception ? no venous vasculitis ? age: 18~85 years old ? be able to complete venous blood collection with 2 different angles.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Inability to objectively and correctly express pain ? Presence of connective tissue lesions or skin inflammation
