Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age =18 years old (2) ASA Class I or II (3) single term primipara (4) Elective cesarean section (5) Lumbar anesthesia or combined lumbar epidural anesthesia (6) No related drug allergy

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Parturients have intraspinal puncture contraindications (2) Allergy to the drug under study (3) Chills occurred before the study (4) hypertensive diseases during pregnancy (5) pregnancy with heart disease (6) Maternal refusal to participate in this study
