Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 60 years old; ? Able to cooperate in completing cognitive function and hand fine motor assessment; ? Sign the 'Informed Consent Form'.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Individuals diagnosed with dementia; ? There are neurological injuries that affect the fine motor function of the hand, such as stroke, Parkinson's disease, brachial plexus injury, median/radial/ulnar nerve injury, nerve compression, etc; ? There are skeletal muscle injuries that affect the fine motor function of the hand, such as tendon injuries, hand injuries, joint dislocations, fractures, etc; ? Those who have experienced acute stress events within the past 6 months, such as acute coronary artery events, malignant arrhythmia, severe infection, or undergoing major surgery; ? Participating in other interventional clinical trials.
