Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Patients who will undergo liver transplantation at Tianjin First Central Hospital 2) Age 18 to 65 years old 3) ASA ?~? 4) Cardiac function classification ?~?

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of liver transplantation 2) History of myocardial infarction or heart failure within the last 6 months 3) mean pulmonary artery pressure = 25 mmHg; Intracranial hypertension (intracranial pressure = 20 mmHg) 4) Untreated hypertension (level II and above) 5) Preoperative combination of hepatic encephalopathy, respiratory failure and renal failure 6) History of anesthetic drug allergy
